Requirements:
- The Onvive Study App installed on your smartphone.
- Your registered email address and password.
- A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).
Steps:
- Open the Onvive Study App on your device.
- On the main screen, tap
Log in. - Enter your registered email address and password in the fields provided.
- Tap Login.
Important Notes:
- You should not need to enter your email and password each time you access the app on your mobile device , unless you have logged out.
- If you restart your device, you may need to sign in again.
- If you see a "You're offline!" message, please ensure your device is connected to the internet.
