Requirements:
- The Onvive Study App installed on your smartphone.
- A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).
Steps:
- Try to reset your password by using the "Forgot password" link in the app.
- You may need to
try all possible email addresses you might have used during account creation to successfully reset the password. If an email address is recognized, you will receive a password reset link.
Important Note: The email address you used to create your account cannot be changed after you have registered. This email is used to send a verification link so that you can access the app and continue with your participation in the study.
