Requirements:
- Your smartphone with the Onvive Study App.
- The phone number associated with your device.
- A stable cellular signal or Wi-Fi connection for SMS reception.
Steps:
- Check your phone's text messages for a confirmation code from the Onvive Study App.
- Ensure you entered your phone number correctly in the app. The app is designed to only accept US phone numbers.
- If you did not receive the code, look for a
Resend Code option in the app and tap it to send a new code. - Carefully enter the confirmation code into the app exactly as it appears in the text message.
- Check your device's settings to ensure that text messages from unknown senders are not blocked, or that the Onvive Study App is not blocked from sending SMS messages.
- If you receive a "Please enter a valid phone number" error, it means the number of digits is not 10 (without '+') or 11 (with '+'), or it contains invalid characters.
