Requirements:
- The Onvive Study App installed on your smartphone.
- A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data) if using email support.
Steps:
- Open the Onvive Study App on your device.
- Tap the Profile icon (usually a person silhouette) at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap My account.
- Scroll down to the Support section.
- Here, you will find:
- The email address for technical support (e.g., convoke-app-support@clicktx.com).
- The phone number for technical support (e.g., +1 (855) 285-5959).
- To send an email: If you have an email app installed on your device, tapping the email address will open a new email draft.
- To make a call: Tapping the phone number will open your phone's dialer with the number pre-entered.
Important Note: The app also contains a "My crisis plan" section with helplines like 988 (National Suicide Hotline) and 911 (Emergency). The Onvive Study App is not a crisis service and should not be used for emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact these helplines directly.
