Why Enable Notifications? Notifications are crucial for your engagement with the Onvive Study App, reminding you about daily activities and keeping you on track with your program.
Steps:
- Access your device's Settings:
- iPhone: Tap the Settings icon on your home screen.
- Android: Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap the gear icon (Settings).
- Navigate to Notification Settings:
- iPhone: In Settings, scroll down and tap Notifications.
- Android: In Settings, tap Apps & notifications (or "Apps" or "Applications"), then tap Notifications.
- Find the Onvive Study App:
- iPhone: Scroll down the list of apps and tap on Onvive Study App.
- Android: You may need to tap "See all apps" first, then scroll down and tap Onvive Study App.
- Enable Notifications:
- iPhone: Toggle "Allow Notifications" to the On (green) position. You can also customize the types of alerts (Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners), and ensure Sounds and Badges are enabled for a full experience.
- Android: Toggle "All Onvive notifications" (or a similar master toggle) to the On position. You may also see options for specific notification categories; ensure these are enabled as well.
- Check "Do Not Disturb" or "Focus" Mode: Make sure these modes are not enabled on your device, as they will override app-specific notification settings.
