- The Onvive Study App installed on your smartphone.
- A stable internet connection.
Steps:
- Check your internet connection:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi is strong or your cellular data is active. A weak or unstable internet connection can cause the app to load slowly or appear unresponsive.
- Try opening a web page or another app that requires internet to confirm your connection is working.
- If using Wi-Fi, try restarting your router.
- If using cellular data, try turning airplane mode on and off.
- Restart the Onvive Study App:
- Close the app completely:
- iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click the Home button), then swipe the Onvive Study App card upwards to close it.
- Android: Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then release to see open apps. Swipe the Onvive Study App card upwards or tap "Clear all" or "Close all apps".
- Reopen the app.
- Close the app completely:
- Restart your device:
- Completely turn off your smartphone, wait for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. This can often resolve temporary software glitches.
- Check for app updates:
- Ensure your Onvive Study App is updated to the latest version. App updates often include performance improvements and bug fixes.
- Go to your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), search for "Onvive Study App," and see if an "Update" button is available.
- Check your device's storage:
- If your device has very little free storage space, it can affect app performance.
- iPhone: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
- Android: Go to Settings > Storage or Settings > System > Storage.
- If storage is low, consider deleting unused apps or media.
