Purpose: This article explains the minimum device requirements for the Onvive Study App and what to do if your device does not meet them.

Minimum Device Requirements: To ensure optimal performance and security, the Onvive Study App is designed to run on:
- iPhones with iOS 16 or later operating systems.
- Android smartphones with OS 13 or later operating systems (excluding Android Go editions).
- Your device must be SMS-enabled.
- You should have at least 300MB of free storage space on your smartphone for download, installation, and use of the app.
What to Do if Your Device Doesn't Meet Requirements:
- Check your device's operating system (OS):
- iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
- Android: Go to Settings > System > System Update.
- If an update is available that brings your OS version up to the minimum requirement, install it.
- Consider using a compatible device: If your current device cannot be updated to the required OS version or is an unsupported model (like an Android Go edition device or a tablet), you may need to use a different, compatible smartphone to participate in the study.
Important Note: Using the app on an unsupported device or OS version may lead to unexpected behavior, performance issues, or inability to access certain features.
